Absolutely one of the worst places to work in the area. Between the lack of communication by management, the constant change of lines and policies, the woman in charge of HR being completely under qualified, not to mention the back stabbing.. as a group lead I was made to do the supervisors job as well for group lead pay. Management says they have your back but will only spit on it. Training is absolutely atrocious, you’ll get 15 minutes of training and then good luck. Supervisors will cuss you out and act like you’re the issue. They don’t even post their pay scale in the handbook because not everyone is getting paid the same. Seriously, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. If you do come to this place, you’ll find out quickly the above statements are more than valid. If you like gossip, constantly leaving work grumpy and overworked, and enjoy a daily belittling then look no further! Hanon Systems is the place for you. :)

I went for a open interview. Make sure you read the fine print on their application. It states that you agree to pay for any lost time bages and they can deduct it from your pay. I'm okay with that part. It then goes on to say that you authorize that the can deduct the cost of any damaged or missing tool from your pay as well they can also deduct the cost of any damaged equipment from your pay as well. Question for any one who does or has worked there. Have they ever charged you for a missing or damaged tool? Have they charged you for equipment breaking?
