As a driver I went in, picked up my load and was out and off the property in a matter of 35 minutes. The day before I was there for 2 hours due to maintenance being performed and other trucks standing by to be loaded. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cargill great place to work especially when Joe P. And John T. Was there. I would still be there after 21yrs. Unfortunately I fell 20ft. Inside steel Barge. Had Tramatic brain injury, broke all ribs, punched lung. Tried my best to go back. Doctors would not let me. The company has been great to me and family. There Workman's comp. Is hard to deal with they act like I went to barge at 4am. And dove in barge solid steel. I would love to be able to go back with Cargill . My accident was 16yrs in march it's sucks to not work and put up with Workman's comp. For all medical needs.COULDBE WORSE.

Only issue is getting in the dock at this place! I promise it'll test your backing skills as a driver! Time to Driver up! Lol... Ppl were nice and helped to be sure you don't hit the structure beams!
