Wow!!! Just the right amount of smoke without overpowering. The ribs still had a little bite in them, the chicken had a smoke ring to envy and the pulled pork was like butter - adding their house sauce just elevated the flavors without overpowering. Now let me tell you about the sides. Red beans and rice with fluffy soft rice was on point, the bbq beans were dome to perfection and the star of the show was their collard greens. They were tender, but not mushy and definitely not over-salted. Portions were generous and service with a smile. Will be back when in town for sure.
