My husband and I are going on our 3rd year with Maria and Carino Properties. I am shocked at reading all these reviews! Any and all issues have been addressed within 2-3 days and are always fixed right away! Maria has been awesome working with us when we have had financial hiccups due to Rick, my husband, having medical issues and our rent needing to be paid in 2 installments, Maria was VERY understanding and accommodated our needs. I have never been harassed or seen ANY bait and switch game folks are talking about! I had an issue with my bank account number so I was kicked off the online payment use but after I explained what happened, Maria allowed me to be reinstated to the online program and I have had no problems since! We enjoy renting from Carino Properties and Maria has been AWESOME!!! Rick and Cathy T.

This company is a scam. They will have you fill out a 50 application just to be told the house is already rented without telling you wether you are approved or not and not answering the phone during business hours. I sent various emails and called various times to which I never got a call back and only got replied twice they did not let me know if my application was approved or not the first reply was to schedule a tour which I told then what day and hour and they never responded. Then they just told me “house been renting out now” literally those words so unprofessional. We just threw 150 (3 adult applications) to the trash and this is ridiculous. They should give you your money back if the house gets rented by someone else. This is a scam they are getting richer with applicant form fees. Oh and just to add the house is still on their site and does not say it is no longer available it is still up. As of right now.

Office is open less than 30 hours a week. Closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Makes it hard for tenants to reach anyone when needed or get rent to them instead of having to leave it in an easy to steal box outside the office.
