The lobby here is very comfortable and clean. They have a great lineup of sharp, freshly-used cars, and the staff is great. Their manager Jon and sales guy Terrance have been fun and easy to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a no-hassle buy!

Best car buying experience! The entire team at CARite Ann Arbor was amazing. They are redesigning the car selling industry for sure! Hassle free, no nagging salesmen running you down, no hidden fees, and snacks inside the office! This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and Jon and the crew at the Ann Arbor CARite made the process stress-free and almost enjoyable. They were patient and made sure I was set up in a good position by advocating for me to get the best interest rates on my loan! I was able to ask a ton of questions and never once did they make me feel dumb or belittled. Their prices are unbeatable and very reasonable. They were very reasonable with pricing my trade-in also and not low balling me like most dealerships would. My cars keyless entry malfunctioned right when I got off the lot and Jon did not hesitate to send a guy 1 hour to evaluate the issue and then insist to pay to get it fixed! Very professional guys in this office! I will definitely be purchasing my cars here in the future as well as sending every one I know to this location!

My experience with their staff, and Terrance in particular, was amazing. They are warm, relatable, easy to talk to. They truly put you in the drivers seat of your own experience. They let me drive the car multiple times, ask endless questions, and worked with me on my trade-in. Their no-haggle pricing and complete transparency made me feel confident in my choice. They went the extra mile and worked with my bank, as well. I couldn’t be happier with my new Nissan, it is everything I wanted and the best part is that there have been no surprises after driving it home! I would like to extend a big thank you to the team! One of the best used car dealerships I’ve ever been to. Good service and great collection of used cars with decent price listings. Jon and team is helpful, friendly and professional. No arguing/bargaining on the price, you pay for the value of car, like the new concept. I’d highly recommend this place to visit for anyone looking for a used car in this area.
Went looking with a friend at cars here. The only surprise here was that we weren’t pressured. No pushy salespeople, but my friends questions were answered. While he was making his deal, I had snacks that were offered and chatted with Jon, the General Manager. Out of all the business going on there, he still took a few minutes to talk to me; I never saw THAT done anywhere else. Liked the selection of cars and when I’m ready, I’ll go to them first. Nice to see a relaxed atmosphere and not a place where you aren’t treated like a number.
Super nice employees to work with. All very courteous and no high pressure tactics! The showroom was very clean as were all the cars I looked at. The manager Jon was especially attentive . All around I had the best experience ever in purchasing a new car! I definitely recommend checking out this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new car.
