I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Whatever issue I’m having with my bicycle or anything else they always seem to do the absolute best they can do to help me. Always a good experience here and the employees are always helpful and personable.

My husband love the outdoor product lineup of REI so much and we did lots of shopping before quarantine. We placed an online order and selected curbside pick-up at this location. The decor is wide-spaced, bright and sporty. The shopping experience there was pretty cozy and we would like to stay longer. The customer service was super friendly, helpful and supported the pick-up quickly. The return policy is also super great that we can return within one year if we are not satisfied with their products. We bought 2 sets of Co-op Outward Low Lawn Chair which is a collaboration with West Elm. The chairs are in great quality with reasonable price.

REI is always a great place to get what you're looking for. Staff are helpful and friendly and prices, at least for mountain bike supplies, are in line or sometimes better than dedicated bike shops. You won't find the exotic equipment but the staples are there.

I like going to REI, a retail outlet dedicated to outdoor pursuits. This time I was looking for socks. They had plenty of choice but not what I was looking for. I was disappointed. But I still enjoyed going there.
