They never have information readily available and ask to call you back. However, after repeated promises to call you back, they never do. A very disorganized operation and often not very helpful.

-Housing selection process is not transparent, keeps prospective residents in the dark -It seems they offer to permanent party or long term residents least desirable housing in order to increase favorable housing inventory. -Staff assignment of housing is confusing, after talking with neighbors discovered disparity, assigned equal pay grade family with one child to single 4 bedroom house while offering a 3 bedroom duplex for 3 children family. -More advantageous to take BAH and go off post
We were told that there would be a 4 bedroom house available when we arrived from GA... We did not get a house until a month later and it's a 3 bedroom..
This is a housing area only for eligible tennants. The houses are rather small for the price. The pictures shows one of the AWC student duplexes.
Nice housing for military personnel.
