The worst customer service. I never receive my order on time and have to call every 2 months to make sure everything is going good and shipping on time. It's not an insurance issue and they always try and blame it on that. No one seems to know what's going on there not even the supervisors!

There really needs to be a ZERO STARS or from companies like this NEGATIVE STARS!.... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you are you okay with your life and livelihood in the hand of complete incompetence, then go ahead sign up for you \life saving medical device\ from a company that thinks they are shipping you out a t-shirt you bought from gap.com! They took almost 2 months to get things \approved\ this normally takes a few days , max 2 weeks with any other company. Then promised 3 different times to ext day\ ship items that never happened and they also crammed a box of sensors in a super tight box squashing it and with no protecting it cause it to crushed even more by UPS. Then promising to fix it by ext day shipping a replacement\... that guess what never happened AGAIN.
I don't know what the problems people are having, I've had them for over 6 months and head no problem yet. Just safety people not offering anything helpful in their reviews.
This company is really bad at sending prescription refills. They will wait until the last possible day to send supplies and they just told me that it was their bad for not sending my refills after 90 days, and that they didn't even send communication to notify they weren't sending them automatically. They pretty much suck. Just avoid them
Horrible customer service, careless, never answer neither calls or emails. Do not waste your time with this useless \comoany\.
