Highly Recommend! We have 2 Oceanside rental properties by the ocean with lifts. They've always been a problem until now. Advantage recently serviced/repaired both units. In 15 years, Advantage was the easiest to work with, most honest, most reasonably priced, and the tech was the most professional of the other 3 companies we have used in the past. Advantage exceeded our expectations twice so we have recommended to our HOA.

Our experience with Advantage Elevator was FIVE STAR. Robert, the owner, was patient with my questions and responsive to my needs. We were in a tough situation, with a newly (but poorly) installed elevator and he could have just told me he didn't want to get involved but instead he came to our rescue. The workers were wonderfully customer service-oriented. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, showed up when they said they would and took the time to explain what they were doing to us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy elevator resource.
