Ordered my filters from their website for my store back in September 2020 and talked with their in-website chat. They said that they would expect a shipment out within 2 weeks because of COVID. 2 weeks passed and I called and emailed their business with no answer. Went to their chat system and they said that there was a delay in shipment from South Korea. So I had to order from Amazon, which somehow they were in stock and were able to ship within 2-3 days. Called my bank to refund my purchase from their website and they weren't able to do it because it was passed the 60 day mark. So I spent in total 400 for 4 filters, which the first 2 never came in. I have sent emails to them but they haven't responded or choose not to respond. But hey, I still get ads from them so there's a possibly of them ignoring emails. So if you're running low on filters, order from Amazon.

PLEASE READ THIS !!! Before you order Filters or any other products from Life Ionizers. I placed an order for almost 400 worth of replacement filters on Aug 16, 2020. After a few months of no contact we sent emails asking for an update on the order with no response. My wife called and was told not to email them because it was not their priority to answer emails. The person she spoke to also refused to give a ref# for the call or her name. She was told the filters would come in 2 weeks. Over the next several months every time we called the answer was always “you’ll have them in 2 weeks.” This appears to be the standard lie that is told on each phone call. I started calling almost daily in Jan 2021 to get a refund since it did not seem they would ever ship the order. I was told several times my refund would process in a few days but it never happened and the daily phone calls continued. I was not allowed to speak to a manager or supervisor. Finally, I was able to get in touch with a warehouse manager who was very rushed on the call and said he would send out the filters soon. I never received a refund and a week later the items were shipped and they finally arrived on Jan. 31, 2021. So, almost 6 months later and after NUMEROUS emails and phone calls we received the order. More concerning than the delay in shipping was the attitude and tone of voice of customer service. There is only one number given to call and they will not transfer you to anyone else and don’t bother emailing since they clearly stated that answering emails is not a priority. No one should have to struggle the way we did to get filters in order to continue using this very expensive water filter. I am convinced if I had not called almost daily in Jan I would never have received these filters or a refund. I will not do business with them again and I encourage others to consider our experience before ordering as well.
