I have to say this: This facility is absolutely stunning! The amenities, the lighting, the smell. Everything is superb! On top of all, the owner, Jim (I believe it's his name), is absolutely fantastic! He was helpful, nice, and caring! He helped me get acquainted with the facility and just left! So trustworthy! I couldn't even pick up a drink for free because I felt I shouldn't take advantage of him. He's such a great guy! I will certainly be coming back and highly, highly recommend it to everyone!

I had such an amazing time here. I received an email on steps I needed to take upon arrival. When I arrived to the location, Jim, was more than helpful. He greeted us (myself and my future mother in law), his energy and passion for floating really shined through. He gave us a tour of the location, showed us where everything was placed, how to get in the showers. The location was clean and beautifully maintained. I live in San Diego and I did not mind the drive at all.
I scheduled an appointment for yesterday due to some neck pain I was experiencing. I wanted to wait a day until today to write my review. Now I can say I got great sleep last night and my neck pain is gone. Thank You so much Guys! I will be going back in for another float soon! :)
I was unable to make my scheduled appointment and Kevin offered to wait for me. He text, called, and emailed to make sure all was well. I love how caring the staff is and how they are willing to work with their clients. I definitely recommend and will visit soon again!
I think everyone should try a float at least once in their life. There are many benefits of floating (a quick google search can help you with that). I love it because it recharges me, facilitates muscle recovery from workouts, and also helps with back/neck-aches from bad posture throughout the day. While those are all reasons you should float, I LOVE the Neighborhood Float. They are always super helpful and very quick to email/call back. They know their stuff and are there to help you. Additionally, they have a scheduling system that is perfect for everyone. They are open 24/7 for members and you can access the float spa through electronic keys. It is nice that You can access such a relaxing service on your own time.
