I want to give a huge shoutout to Josh at the Carlsbad store. I have been a customer for 3 years now and have been trying to get my husband in there to find his perfect fit for shoes. My fit expert was Emily she greeted us as soon as we walking into the store and helped me through finding the right shoes for me. She was super nice and and answered all the questions I had. I was there last weekend and I had the best experience. I was there with my fiance to buy him shoes that give him support and ended up buying similar shoes. Arielle and Alana were LITERALLY the BEST. They get a 1000/100 on the customer service scale. Super helpful and had the best smile. They both answered all our questions and not made me feel weird for the awkward questions that I asked. Alana committed time to helping me find the perfect shoe. I don't know if I can go to another shoe now. Thank you Arielle and Alana.
