They do great, high-quality work with fast turnaround times. Also when I’m there to pick up items their customer service is awesome. The last time I was there I was helped by Susie. I’m not one of their biggest clients yet she was very positive and very friendly.

Furniture is mostly disposable but functional and a good value, great for apartments and such. The store is clean, well organized and conveniently located close to Lowe's and Costco.
We love having WS Display as a partner. Their products are great and priced well. We recently placed an order for multiple flags for our largest customer's Franchise Conference. When we opened the packages at setup for the event, the quality was less than good. We called and worked with Damaris, who escalated the issue and got replacements made and shipped overnight to us in time to have them replaced for the beginning of the event. Thank you for helping us help our customer!
I've been using WSD for 4 years now and I must say I never cease to be impressed by how they handle EVERYTHING! Without a ton of detail, they messed up an order in a small way. I was dealt with, with respect, and prompt customer service. When issue which was thought to be fixed escalated, the customer service manager John got involved and promptly saw that everything was taken care of, and more. I cannot recommend these guys more, the quality of their products is amazing, their 'trade only' prices are even better, and I felt taken care of from a personal and professional level. Hats off to John and the whole gang who bent backwards making sure our needs were met, and my clients' trade show stuff was 100% ready on time. THANKS WS DISPLAY!
They offer great products and ensure you get your order on time! One of my orders was rush shipped because regular shipping was delayed by a storm.
I have used WS Display for miscellaneous items over the last several years and have had issues with nearly every order. Whether it is shipped to the wrong address, poor quality of the product for instance having logo or detail lines not match up by inches on seams or i have had others that had the logo cut and resewn over a valance? To qualify those, i used their templates and they did not apparently. The proofs they send to approve seem to be a waste of time. Between phone calls and emails on every order, they have still continued to screw them up. The last order today pushed me over the top with frustration. They are terrible with quality control and cannot blind ship an order. If I am the only one, then I have a possible law suite for damages?? They have cost me more money due to discounts and refunds that i have had to give to my customers then I have ever made by using them. Also take into account how I looked to my customers when their orders looked terrible, or were late because it was shipped incorrectly. That alone may have costed me some very good orders. I will not use them again because of this. Not worth the headache trying to make it right with my customers because of WS Display's lack of responsibility. Fortunately the majority of my work, I print and finish myself and only have a few items that are sourced out. That work will not go to WS Display. I would rather not do it.
