Terrible place.Service and management is bad all around. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Ecolab is a better option.

It might be of good service in what it offers, but, one of its drives is NOT. Around 3:30 pm on 10th Avenue btw 28 to 30th street in NYC where one of your drivers displayed complete disregard to others and traffic law by forcing your company van into my lane of traffic almost damaging my vehicle and causing an accident. Vehicle NJ plate# XDH B14.

The WORST service imaginable. Call for more soap. Leave message. No call back. Call next day. Office manager says she was supposed to call but was too busy. She says we have outstanding balance of 2000 and needs to get paid before sending soap. No call. No ask to give check to driver. Just no soap. I offer credit card over phone or check. She says the money has to clear and be in bank before soap. She said I might not have any money in the bank. Really. We are a restaurant that’s been closed for 3 many months and this is the kind of customer service they offer. The owner and a dude named JP who sold us on the lease of the machine 7 years ago are nowhere to be found. We’ve had problems with them before. Absolutely the WORST!
