As many times as I've visited Carmel I had never stopped here to visit. Was a nice day and it was a lovely visit. Outdoor and the gift shop were open, inside still closed but I enjoyed myself never the less.

Was so happy they were open unfortunately slightly disappointed as the only inside part open is the gift shop. The grounds are well kept and the mission its self is beautiful.

My favorite mission to visit. Very beautiful and full of History. The gift shop has a big assortment of stuff to buy.

This is an amazing museum. You can spend the whole day here. The indoor rain forest is impressive. There are butterflies surrounding you and it's just like you're in a real rain forest. There're also many other sections. You can see different types of animals, like jelly fish, various types of butterflies. This is also a white crocodile. In the ocean section, you get to touch sea cucumbers. There's also a cafeteria. You're not supposed to bring outside food in, so you can get food there if you want to eat. The prices are okay, but it's very crowded. It's a good place for adults and kids.

The outdoor tour was open and the gift shop were open the day I was there. The museum and all other indoor areas were closed. Still not a bad visit. You are to appreciate its history.
