Before I met for my career coaching session with Tim I was so confused and unsure on where to go at this point in my life and career. I am only 25 but still didn't know how to move forward and not be bored in my job. Tim had me take two different assessments on my personality style and my career interests, and after our 3 hour coaching session I left with genuine clarity. Something I didn't expect was that I left knowing what I bring to a job and what I need from a job to make me happy. This was vital for me because it gives me context and clarity for every job I have in the future!.Tim is very insightful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would highly recommend scheduling with him, the services were well worth the money.

I went to Career Cafe several years ago out of sheer desperation to change my life. I had a great job at the time, but was entirely unfulfilled for a variety of reasons. Tim helped me drill down on what I like to do, what I want to do, and what I am good at doing. Sometimes these aren't all the same and we humans have a personal misconception about our job goals. He helped with a total revamp of my resume, too. I finally walked away from that \great\ job and have now found my place in the world of employment at the best place I've ever been. I never would have taken the leap if it hadn't been for Tim!
I went to Career Cafe to get some resume help but instead I had a life changing experience. Tim listened to my concerns, he asked really deep questions, made me really think about what I wanted out of life and a career. He truly cared and still does. He randomly checks in with me and passes along advice at all the right times. He was invested in me and believed in me when I had lost all belief in myself. I have a new career and I haven’t been this happy at work ever. He opened doors and helped me find a career that met my personality and my skills to perfection. I have recommend several friends who have all had the same success. Reaching out was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.
I was in a career burnout and a friend recommended Tim. The experience was great. He helped me make a career 180 in a new field that I love. His continued guidance has been remarkable so much so that he is currently helping my 17 yr old daughter as she considers a college major / career path. Couldn't recommend Tim more.
