My sisters and I hired Complete Relocation Solutions to clear out our family home of 7,000 sq. feet after the passing of our father. It was a bit overwhelming to us and one of my sister found Complete Relocation Solutions as a member of the National Association of Professional and Productivity Organizers (NAPO). My sister who was in charge of clearing out the home, hired Complete Relocation Solutions and in two weeks the home was free of all medical equipment, which was donated to Fame charity. Free of discards, donations, found a home for over 110 boxes of books, and sold unwanted furnishings. Rita arranged to have items my sister and I wanted to be delivered to our homes and storage. Everything went smoothly and arranged to have the home detailed clean so it will be ready for the real estate market. I met Rita Woll through my local Rotary Club. I was in the early stages of planning the move of my brother, who has Parkinson's disease, from FL to Carmel, Indiana.. I had no idea of everything that needed to be done. Rita walked me through the scenarios and worked with a colleague of hers in FL who packed and arranged for the movers. Rita met the truck at the retirement community here in Carmel, IN. Because of the pandemic I was not allowed into the building so Rita led the move of the furniture out of the apartment and the move of his furniture into the apartment.. She even went to Target to buy shower curtain, a bath mat, and other necessities knowing the sense of urgency and getting my brother settled quickly without anymore interruptions. Thanks to Rita and her team for making this task complete and off my shoulders. She even brought a pumpkin that stated “Welcome to Indiana” and a boutique of mums for his apartment!
We hired Complete Relocation Solutions after 15 minutes meeting Rita and her team member. We’ve been living in Florida for over 10 years and only Wanted to make one more trip back to Indianapolis for final decision making. Rita took the ball and ran with it. Her team carefully packed and labeled boxes on Items to ship to Florida and to store, arranged an estate liquidator to buy Items, and for our higher valued items made other appropriate arrangements. Took donations to charity, Took shredding to authorized dealer, arranged and scheduled movers to pick up items we wanted to store for an extended time , and made arrangements to have the home professionally detailed cleaned once our painters and carpet installation was complete. She made this daunting process seamless and no stress on us. A “one stop shop” for life cycle transitions. We couldn’t have completed this process Without them. Thank you!
My wife and I have not pulled our cars into our garage for 15 years. Rita and her team donated items we no longer needed, reorganized the entire garage and added cabinets, shelving and pegboard to hold our lawn tools. Now when we buy bulk items, we have the shelves to store them and keep them off the floor. She stayed within budget and completed the whole project in just 8 hours! Very pleased.
