I asked this company to review a house, specifically for pricing on mold remediation. They came on time for the free estimate. During the process the gentleman grabs an air analyzer to do some air tests, not Informing us us that there was a charge associated with that process. I was surprised to receive a bill. Specifically because there was visible mold on the walls and all we asked for was a REMEDIATION estimate. Not an air quality test. We all knew there was mold, we all had to sign a waiver upon entering notifying us there was in-fact mold. With that said, the man was very knowledgeable and while he might have been a bit rough around the edges and extremely blunt, the part about the estimate turning into a billable service was not made clear as we all knew there was mold as stated numerous times. Obviously I certainly would never call this company again.
