H2O services absolutely amazing. Shaun is so knowledgeable of his work, so detail oriented. Worked 6 hours on my well, got it done and water runs better than before. Absolute professional. His price was reasonable and takes time to deal with My home owners insurance. Could not be happier.
We first used Well Pump Pro about 3 years ago when our pump was struck by lightning. Shaun immediately came out over Memorial Day weekend and helped out with the hydraulic lift because our well is over 600 feet deep. During the call to our brand new construction home, he found that the original installation (NOT done by him) was a huge tangled mess and had been done out of code (bare wire in concrete of boiler room). This also resulted in major corrosion to our pipes, fixtures, hot water heater, appliances, etc. because of stray voltage. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable... All the other water treatment companies tried to sell us expensive filtration systems and deionizers, whereas Shaun got to the root cause of our problem. Shaun went ABOVE and BEYOND by working with our electrician to rewire the well and resolve the problem without having to sell us on something we really didn’t need. He is honest, very easy to reach, punctual, and generous! He wanted the job done right and made us feel much safer in our home. HIGHLY recommend Well Pump Pro!!
Thank you H20 company for your great services and your compassion about making sure we get water as well as not overcharging! My pump was not working and they came right away to replace it.
