What can I say about the professional quick and awesome service I received from the Pop-A-Lock company?!!!! Well, I guess I already said it!!! My key got stuck in my driver side door. It was the only key I had. I called other locksmith numbers/companies BUT only received voice recordings to leave a message. I called Pop-A-Lock Indy and received a quick & professional answer from the customer service rep and was told that some one would be contacting me shortly. Within 3 minutes I received a call from Pop-A-Lock and they came right out and quickly (20 minutes tops) turned my problem into a resolution. Let me tell you all who may be reading this review and in need of a locksmith......don’t mess with the rest, call the best!!! Pop-A-Lock Indy!!!!! YOU guys ROCK!!!! Great people! They arrived at the location within 10-15 minutes. It only took them a few minutes to make a new key. They even gave me a spare one (to unlock the car doors) for free! Highly recommend.
Quick pop. Cheap. The hardest part is the wait. Usually very good at communicating with timeframe on how long it’s going to take for them to get there.
