I live overseas and ordered from Theatrical Avenue. Big mistake. I paid over 50 dollars for fast shipping (6-10 days), it’s now been almost a month and I have No idea where it is. I want a refund on the shipping and information on where my package is. Why should I waste 50 dollars on ”fast international shipping” when it obviously takes just as long as standard shipping. The shop won’t answer my emails and won’t answer the phone. Not helpful at all, had I known they were this unprofessional I wouldn’t have spent a dime here. Now all I can do is wait and hope they give me a refund.
