Mariah Allen

This studio is one of the most welcoming and supportive environments I've had the pleasure to be in. The studio owner Laura is an angel. She is extremely knowledgeable on a plethora of aperatuses and can break down the moves in to parts to help you understand how your body needs to move to get it right without straining your muscles or causing injuries. She also likes to piece moves together to give you a combination as well as telling you other moves that can easily work together. I've tried out her level 1 hammock class as well as her level 1/2 pole classes and I've learned a lot from each. I primarily take level 1 pole and beginner choreography with Jasmine and she is also a phenomenal teacher! Her style and personality really comes out in her classes and it helps push me out of my comfort zone and shows me what I am truly capable of but anything I am unable to do or uncomfortable with she is quick to coach and modify to something that works better for me. Overall this is an amazing studio with so much to offer and if you're on the fence about taking a class after one lesson you will see how supportive and encouraging this studio is. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret but it's too good not to share.

Laura is awesome! I took some pole privates to get back into pole after a few years of not touching one and she was patient broke down everything. I highly recommend this studio over others I've attended.

Been taking classes here for about a year and I will continue to go here. Lots of different classes to take you to the next level in your dance, art, and fitness goals. Teachers are fun and encouraging, they also focus on foundation and technique. Safety is practiced in all classes. Beginners with no prior experience are also welcome!

I’ve been taking classes here for about a month now and I absolutely love it! The energy there is so positive and everyone is super supportive and encouraging. The teachers are very knowledgeable about everything, especially the owner Laura. She can always spot what you are doing wrong that is keeping you from getting a move down correctly, and is super safety conscious which I appreciate. I highly recommend the classes here.
