I was skeptical initially, knowing the cost was a little out of my range, but I'm now convinced the extra is worth it. I am now eating much healthier - my MD is happy about that! Also, i discovered that I'm going less frequently to the grocery store, where I tend to add unnecessary 'stuff' to my cart - Maybe it's just me but, since Covid, I notice stores are stocking more and more candy and sugar related items thru-out the isles. If I have a Full Circle produce issue it is quickly resolved with a call. Customer service is easy to work with. Issues don't come up very often. Grocery stores have non-perishable items more and more because produce alone makes break-even a challenge. Full Circle is working hard to provide fresh organic fruits and vegetables (and now other items like fish and meat). My delivery is like clock-work and I'm excited to get up in the morning to find my package at the front door. Sometimes I'll add a goodie to my order as a treat to myself - marionberry jam, honey, or a bath bomb, making that particular package extra special and a great way to start my day!

Just received my first order and missing 4 items that I'd ordered. I emailed them but haven't heard back - let's see if this is a smooth resolution. Side note - the pea shoots I ordered although fresh looking, were smashed at the bottom of the box with a bunch of heavy items stacked on top (cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes). Please be more mindful as you're packing the boxes!

Full Circle farms is essentially a grocery delivery service, as they compile their products from farms and companies from all over the place. I’m not sure if anything I received in my 4 boxes was actually grown at their farm. The good aspects of the service: convenient delivery and an easy to manage online system. Bad aspects: The box is indeed customizable, but produce options are limited and change week to week. So it can’t truly function as a replacement for produce grocery shopping. The value is not good for the amount of produce received. I could get more at the most expensive swanky grocery stores or local co-ops, and WAY more at farmers markets without the middleman. But here was the kicker: the quality is AVERAGE AT BEST. Vegetable freshness and taste was good, generally on par with high quality organic produce at stores (probably because it’s the same products) but fruit quality was quite bad. Smashed rotten bananas, browning apples and avocados and squishy citrus. Fruits from very far away that I would be very selective of in stores. Sorry, not worth it. I do assume as the growing season approaches more will be grown at their farm, but I’m not convinced. Stick to actual CSAs and farmers markets!

Just got a Full Circle box which included a bag of beans. It's really a bag of sh@#t. 99% were moldy, bruised or discolored and are now in the trash. Does anyone do QC there?
