If I could give it a 10 I would. From the beginning of watching Don Approvado commercials since I was like 12-13 yes old.. I knew he was a legit genuine salesman. Now he shows up to my job Norma’s Cafe just to eat and I go up to him when he’s checking out. We talk and he’s everything I imagined. He helped me out with my first truck and I really appreciated the effort they went through to help me out. I most defiantly recommend Carnaval Auto Credit. The whole staff that helped was great. From the Main boss to Santiago and Ulysses. Everything was just and amazing experience. They really made my life easier in a way. I love my New truck and this new relationship with Carnaval. Thank y’all so much.

They sold me a truck that doors don't lock properly. I noticed after 2 months having it because someone broke in and stole everything including my cash & passport and keys to my job...even though I locked it!!! So I took it to them to repair the problem and they are CHARGING ME. Their warranty is a LIE. Now they are jeopardizing my credit because I don't want to continue paying a truck that DOES NOT LOCK, especially right now that im pregnant and cant afford something that isn't my fault. The back up camera stopped working when I was with the sales associate and all they did was discount 300 off the amount. I trusted that they would fix future problems but I should've walked away in that moment. They make you sign a contract that you won't sue them, and probably for reasons like this. They sell you faulty vehicles and their warranty doesn't cover anything except \the motor
