Quantum Spirits is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The cocktails to go are absolutely incredible, shake and pour over ice! They are always coming out with new and exciting combinations! I’d give em 10 stars if I could!
This is a small town, extremely personable distillery!!! My wife and I love this place and we went a lot prior to the pandemic. They are still open and following social distancing guidelines!!! They even do pickup orders, so if you're still not comfortable sitting in, they have got you covered. We've never had a bad experience, or even a neutral experience at Quantum. All of our experiences have been amazing and wonderful and we love this place!!! They have the best Gins, a fantastic vodka, and an absolutely delicious rye whiskey!!! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, fun, down to earth, and very pleasant. This is our favorite distillery in Pittsburgh!!! 11 out of 10, definitely recommend!!! Get there, taste, drink, buy, take home, enjoy!!! Respect the past, drink to the future!!!
Great place, great drinks, great staff. We always enjoy our visits to Quantum, whether we’re enjoying a drink (or two, because c’mon) on the patio or picking up bottles for at-home concoctions using recommended recipes from the staff, so thank you, they are delicious! The Summer Old Fashioned is the most delightful cocktail, and I hope it will be back next year! Seriously 5 stars.
Awesome little Distillery with a great bar. Old Fashioned was nice with a giant ice cube and the charcuterie plate was definitely on point! Also, Mel is great!!!
