I purchased my brand new trailer for Advantage Trailer two years ago. After 8 years of dragging around tents, tables and tons of storage bins, I needed to find a better way to travel and setup for events. I spent a good 6 months talking to different companies and reviewing their options. After meeting with Advantage Trailer, I decided to go with them and it was the best decision I ever made. They took the time to learn about my business and what I wanted to use the trailer for to help recommend the best setup for my operation. The team took the time to get me setup with different options and figure out even the best window heights for displaying products. I was also on a tight schedule between the time of purchase to when I needed to take it on the road -- Not only did they meet my tight deadline, they far exceeded my expectations. When I came to pick up my trailer, the team took the time to show me every little thing on it and even helped me hook it up. If that doesn't speak volumes of their customer service ---this will --- I was in southern Georgia for a racing event in February. I had been hit by an RV prior to coming to the event -- minor damage, but one of my fenders were slightly damaged. I just so happened to run into a couple of guys that worked for Advantage Trailer IN GEORGIA AT THE RACE TRACK! What are the odds of that?! I asked them if they would come by and just take a look and give me an estimate of what they thought it would cost to fix. Not only did they come by, but they actually fixed it for me on site for FREE just to make sure I got back to Chicago okay! These guys were not on the clock -- they were on a \vacation\ and still went out of their way to help me. THAT is why I will never go anywhere else and THAT is why this company has earned my business for a lifetime. Thank you Advantage Trailer!

Special ordered a ATC trailer, started the process a few months before I pulled the trigger, and all I can say is Brian is fantastic! I changed my quote several times (adding this, subtracting that) and Brian was SUPER helpful through the whole process. He is also very responsive to emails and phone calls. And kept me informed all the time. I drove 405 miles to this dealer from home cause I got the best price and definitely the best service. Thanks again!
