Had an issue with my Samsung tv and they directed me to Barretts. I spoke with Heidi on the phone and she was more than helpful and accommodating. Tech Ben arrived right when he was supposed to and I’ve had no issues since. Even if my tv wasnt under warranty, I would consider contacting Barretts again because they were a pleasure.

3 year old Samsung tv repair service. I can only recommend that you stay far away from this company should you require tv repair. They picked my tv up 12/22. The 4 weeks later I had heard nothing regarding repair status so I called in. Was assured a technician would call me back by the end of the day but I heard nothing. This continued for the next 2 weeks. Finally, 2/1, they told me the company shipping the parts for my tv lost them during shipping, they reordered for next day delivery and my tv would be completed the next day. I was called 2/3 to setup a delivery date of 2/5 and I would be called between 8-930 to setup a time. Took off work, never showed up and no phone call. When I called in on 2/8 they wrote in their report that they had reached out to me Friday but I didn't return their call...well that never happened. FINALLY my tv arrives on 2/9. Only to be in worse condition than when it was pickup up. The back was cracked in multiple locations and the frame was being held together by electrical tape. Best part it wasn't even fixed. The lack of communication from this company, both with the customer, and internally was appalling. They never even mentioned not being able to fix the tv. Just dropped it off and left. I wasn't until I plugged it in that I realized it didn't work. Take your tv anywhere other than Barrett's.
This is a repair through Samsung. I have now taken off work 2 times to get this TV repaired. Thats 200 in lost work. The First technician did a no show so I missed 4 hours of work. When Barrets arrived they said they could not fix my tv because of physical damage. I told Samsung everything that was wrong with the TV over the phone and they said no worries it would be FIXED. I told Samsung it had lines and cracks in the screen. I explained it very Thorough. Now samsung said there is nothing they can do now after I lost 200 in work. Extremely unprofessional. Their communication is obviously what caused this whole problem and now they won't guarantee the service. Absolutely redicoulous. This is not the end of solving this problem until it is solved.
Samsung assigned Barretts to fix my TV under warranty. Not gonna lie... I was kind of skeptical at first due to other reviews but I was so wrong. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, and replaced my TV’s panel. The TV looks great now! The guys were also really nice. Would recommend
