Fandel's Land Surveying is the ONLY land surveyor my family has used. My parents needed their property surveyed to tear down a house and build a new one. His survey was quick and delivered ahead of time. ADDITIONALLY, when I bought a house, thanks to his land survey, I discovered that the fence around my property was nearly 1.5 ft inside my property. I was able to later move it out, reclaiming land that belonged to me. Definitely worth it!!

Do not give this \company\ your business. I ordered a land survey for a closing on a rush basis. He assured us it could get turned around and that we'd have it no later than the day before the closing. When we called the day before the closing, he said he never agreed to take on the work. His answers to direct questions were evasive and vague. He offered no solutions or apologies. I will be reporting him to any applicable regulatory body and telling the title companies I work with about this experience. What a disaster. My poor client will be incredibly inconvenienced because of him.

Avoid! Avoid! Do not use this guy. He will promise you to do a survey and then 3 weeks later you will not be able to reach him.. just waste of time.. tried to reach him 4 times no answer to email or phone calls..if i could leave 0 stars i will!!!
