The Team at HomeTown RV was fantastic! They thoroughly walked me through the rental process as well as an in-depth orientation of the specific RV that we ended up renting. Being new to the RV world, we really appreciated their patience and not feeling like we were rushed. The RV we rented was awesome - with plenty of space and was very clean. We liked working with a local RV Service / Rental company that knows what they are doing, especially making sure the RV was all in good working order and safe. We also found their pricing to be very competitive with a lot of the rent from private owners sites out there. This is their business, and not a side hustle. I have already recommended them to others and will be using HomeTown RV in the future!

We just sold our 2015 Winnebago View using Hometown RV as our consignment sales agent. We were very pleased with the process. It began when we arrived with a thorough inspection of the RV and is describing the options and condition of the vehicle. Tony took us through their sales process and we agreed on a listing price and a “not lower than” price. We left the RV with them. They thoroughly cleaned the RV and took great pictures of the inside and outside of the RV. These photos were used to create online listings at their website as well several RV resale sales sites. After about 3 weeks we got a call that the RV had been sold. The price was well within the parameters we had agreed to. They handled everything about the sale including the paperwork, Illinois taxes, loan arrangements and setting up the unit with the new owners. We couldn’t have asked for a better handling of our sale. We would both give an outstanding rating of every phase of the sale process. If you’re considering selling or buying a used RV or trailer I don’t think you can find a better place.
We rented a RV for our 3 week vacation this past summer to travel out West. Tony and Sue were very helpful helping is decide what to rent. They also gave great advice and recommendations of places to visit and stay. The orientation was helpful and spot on. The ability to reach them at any time, if needed was a comfort, seeing we had never drove a RV before. We highly recommend to rent and/or purchase a RV from Hometown.
In the spring I took my camper to another well known RV Service department and the experience was horrible and the customer service was poor. I decided this fall to bring my camper to Hometown RV and the experience was completely different. Fantastic customer service and they did a great job taking care of our camper. I highly recommend the team at Hometown.
Tony and Sue are awesome! We had never driven an RV before and rented a 31’ Class A for a trip out West. They were great to work with and very patiently answered all of our questions. We had to call Tony on his cell on a Sunday and he talked us through our issue easily. We had three mishaps, two of which resulted in insurance claims and they calmly worked through it with us. When I called Tony and asked him what to do next after the first incident, he responded, “enjoy the rest of your trip and we’ll sort it out when you get back.” I needed to hear that at that moment! Thanks for making our family memories possible!
