The staff at Septran has been nothing but rude.
If I could give a negative 10 stars I would but I had to choose one star. this is the worst company by far to work for. the people in the office especially in Carol Stream are so rude. the lady that does the employment verifications has a very unprofessional nasty offensive attitude and I don’t even know how she has a job. I would not wish employment here on my worst enemy on a good day. The staff will try to embarrass and degrade you in their small office and they treat you as if you are beneath them. Karma is real and you reap what you put out. I saw flyers put in my current place of business and I threw them in the trash. I would never promote this company. They are insensitive and there are a few people in the carol stream office that need to be fired because they lack customer service skills. Corporate isn’t any better. Worst experience ever
I think that Septran is the best bus company around Dupage County. All of the bus drivers seem like very nice people.
