My daughter and I shopped for a gown for her upcoming ROTC/Military Ball. We could not have had a better experience. As soon as we entered the shop, Dana, greeted us and was so helpful. We then met with Allie, and she is as an absolute doll! She was so very patient and helpful. She took her time and pulled many different options for my daughter to try. Not only was she very familiar with the strict dress code for the ball, but she also helped us color match. I highly recommend! Carolina Bride and & Groom will be our forever shop for any and all of my daughter's upcoming events!

I called Dana after trying on dresses at 5 different stores and feeling frustrated. After she asked me a few questions, she pulled some dresses for me to try on the next day. They were all gorgeous and fit my body wonderfully! We quickly knew which dress was the ONE, as it caused me to smile uncontrollably and made me feel like a princess. She even helped me create a custom veil. Dana is truly a professional and cares about her brides. Highly recommend this store and staff! Thank you so very much!
My mother and I stopped by last month. The sales lady is absolutely rude. I think she may be the owner as well. She started off nice but when we did not find anything we liked at her store, she turned nasty and down right disrespectful. After reading some of her other poor reviews, it seems this is a trend with her. The five star ones must be from friends and family to help boost her rating. I would not recommend her for anything. I refuse to spend money with someone that can turn that quickly just because I could not find something I liked. I found my dress at David’s Bridal last week. The staff was extremely helpful, a lot more to choose from, and prices were much more budget friendly. In response to the owner: I don’t have the wrong shop. I am very aware of where I was and the way I was treated.
I really love the shop because of the friendly environment! When you come in, people will be there to help you right away. There is a more personal connection when you try on dresses because you are the main focus. The staff pays attention to what you like and don't like, they help pull dresses, and they will make you feel as comfortable as possible! The experience I had was great and I tell my friends to stop by as well!
Dana and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that my son was ready for his first prom. He decided last minute that he was going so I called to see if it was too late. I even had a wonderful experience with them over the phone!! When we got there, they were busy as bees but we were greeted with a smile and iwas taken care of within minutes. Dana gave us options and matched the colors perfectly!! The price was perfect. There is no doubt that these ladies love what they do!! Thank you Dana for a wonderful experience!!
Dana is a great person and very helpful when finding a dress for your big day! She made my dress shopping experience great! I would recommend her for anyone! Also the dresses they have are gorgeous and great prices! The best all around!
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked what I was coming in for. It was a little busy (which is never a bad thing if you own a business) but I was still helped quite promptly. Excellent service all the way around!
Absolutely love this place! I’ve gotten my prom dress here for two years! They have amazing dresses at amazing prices! Everyone is so nice and really cares about your happiness with a dress!
