Fast service, very nicely done. On my second experience with them they were also quick. But the person at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on and they took off their mask and served us and several other customers completely without a mask. I won't be going back.

I dropped my phone off for a new battery, went for a nice walk down Franklin and boom! my phone was ready. The staff was friendly and efficient. I just checked my battery health and see it at 100%. Much better than the 52% when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the person who worked on my phone explained the 90 day warranty. I was also impressed with the covid precautions in the store.
