I would give them no stars if I could. This company is a scam and I’m shocked to see people compliment them on their customer service. I placed an order over a month ago and have reached out multiple times through phone and email with NO RESPONSE. They took my money and I have nothing to show for it. I would almost assume this company is no longer in business because not once has anyone answered the phone, even though it clearly states they are open. I’m so disgusted with small family owned business for the wine industry. The reason y’all can’t survive in this economy is not because of the lack of customers, it’s because you have no customer service. Delete your website or shut it down and STOP taking people’s money. This company is a joke and I’m convinced they are scamming other people like myself.
