I had a pleasant car buying experience. Haris Hadzalic was my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We talked about me getting a new car. I told him to send me 3 cars that would fit my needs. A week later I drove down to Iowa City from Des Moines and purchased a used Toyota Camry and I cannot thank him enough for giving me a great deal and being so helpful. I did run into a few hiccups with the processing end of things but Sharif the finance manager was extremely helpful in getting my issues resolved. I appreciate everyone's help! Oh and the coffee machine is amazing! Keep up the great work! I will highly recommend Carousel Nissan to friends and family.

Service staff was friendly. Just wish they would have followed up with me more quickly. Ended up waiting 2 hours for just new lug nuts and tire rotation. :/
