I can't say enough about this company!! First they come to your house, roll up your rug, and take it away in a matter of moments. They are super professional. They call you within your window time for pickup and drop off and never miss their window. Now for the rug cleaning, it is the BEST!!! They deep clean it every time and they are very upfront about getting any spots out. We had a three year large paint spill (it was very close to the color of the rug) that they were able to remove. We also have two dogs and when the rug comes home it smells so fresh and clean. We use them once a year and is the only place we would recommend. Just be aware with your planning that it can take two or three weeks to get the rug back (because they do it right!) so it's not a last minute thing.

I just had the carpet in my master bedroom cleaned for the first time since my husband and I purchased our home a few years ago...that's bad I know. I was tempted to replace the carpet because I thought it wouldn't be worth the cost of having it cleaned well. I am so glad I found CCG!
