These people are great and very helpful. My wife and I picked out carpet, vinyl, and vinyl plank flooring and were on our way home in less than an hour. Very fast service and awesome prices. Also, the carpet layer they sent out was great. He fixed all the defects in my floor and didn’t charge me any more. He said, “I charge the same price no matter what.” I highly recommend doing business with this locally owned and operated family business.

Shane and Dan are great. I have used them 2 times and plan on a 3rd. I have used them for carpet and laminate flooring. Good product for a reasonable price but the install was great.

The staff here is terrible. Very rude and insufferable.Thurman especially. What kind of guy is so mean to make a nice woman cry just for spending a hour shopping for carpet in your store! Lost out on business. Lost out on a big family of repeat customers. You can’t shop where people won’t let you. We won’t shop were people won’t let you.

Worked with Thurman on flooring. Because we were building during COVID, we experienced an inability to deliver by the manufacturer (no fault of Thurman or Carpet Value!). Thurman went above and beyond to get us a floor we love in a timeframe that worked for our build. He was outstanding throughout the entire process. My experience was so good I just purchased another round of flooring from Carpet Values for my lower level.
