Ended up here after a mother and daughter day of shopping. Our hostess/server was Tiffany R. She was very friendly and attentive. Some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. The food was also great!
Great place to eat! Friendly service and you can actually sit down to enjoy a wonderful meal. Unlike a lot of places now that treat you like you have leprosy. Highly recommend 5
Dec. 2020- Our waiter was rude and I'm not sure why. I don't know if he was having a bad night or is always that way, but it was not a good experience. One instance is when I asked to swap my sweet tea for a soda, he asked me why I needed to do that. I said it was not my preference and he seemed disgusted and said "fine." I feel like I personally offended him by asking to switch. There were many more instances beyond this. It would be a one star review if it were not for the manager. I spoke with her after our meal and told her about our very poor experience. She took some of the cost off of our bill and did further measures to ensure I felt listened to. She assured me that that was not the experience that they would usually provide. Food was great! Thanks to the manager, we will go back again. I will update my rating after our next meal here.
Our waiter walk up to the table and just say "What do you want?". He raised his voice and asked if we wanted a dessert menu over the wall of the booth instead of walking up to the table. Over all he was very short and passive, we seemed to be a bother to him.
Food and service was good. The place could have been cleaner. The tables had food and crumbs on them and weren't being cleaned properly and the floors were dirty. I could expect that at McDonald's but not at a place like Carrabba's. Also it is a little on the pricey side. Our particular server was polite and fast. That's why I gave 3 stars.
Amazing food. Laura is top notch. From the second we sat down she made us feel like family. So much so we've been twice in 2 weeks and ask for Laura. Bravo !!!!
I dont know why this is our first visit. Its been a while since we got out and the service we got here was the best we've had in a long time. Great service, great recommendations and very knowledgeable of the menu. Loved the ambiance of the place. Honestly the food could have been bad and the service would have still saved the day. The food was awesome though. We left impressed and excited to spread the word. Thanks so much!
