I could not get Milestone Electric out today so I gave Bear Air Services a call. My brother referred them to me. A J Bear answered my call and agreed to come out from 4-6pm. He called and arrived on time. My upstairs central air unit was not cooling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new capacitor. The price was very reasonable and he did not upsell any other services. He explained the issue I had and I highly recommend this company! Give them a try, you will be happy with your service! AJ and team did an excellent job on the install of my Bryant HVAC system. I did my homework and got 4 other quotes before choosing Bear Air Services. AJ was outstanding answering my numerous questions, was never high pressure and offered a fair price. The install was done professionally and AJ explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Bear Air Services!!
Great company. The appointment set up was easy. I received a text reminder the day before and a call when they were on the way. They came in the time frame that was stated. I replaced my ac/heating unit. AJ was great. He gave me several quotes via email and answered all my questions. He is such a great guy. I really feel he was trying to serve my best interest and give us what we need, and not trying to upsell. They did a great job. Couldn't be happier.
Never used their services, but i was driving by one of their vehicles on the road and noticed that one of their drivers (a bearded man) driving dangerously and nearly driving another driver off the road. When the other driver got ahead of the individual, the bearded man started giving the bird and flashed his high beams to the driver ahead of him. If this is how he treats other drivers, I wouldn’t want to hire this group for work.
Fair, honest, dependable. Replaced a capacitor, and had the unit working quickly. Also recommended a new unit within the next couple years, but didn't push it.
