I have rented from Big D Party rentals a few times since moving to the area. So many options and very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful staff... from the receptionist to the staff in the back office, to the ones loading you car when you pick up your order and... the delivery guys when I used that option. The only time I had an issue is when I had an awful \event planner\ be the middle man. Will definitely used them again!

Our wedding was originally being held on a 2-acre plot of land and we needed to bring in everything for the ceremony and reception. We were renting tables, chairs, plates, linens, glasses, a free-standing bar, cocktail tables, two sets of chairs, etc. We even added a tent about five weeks before the wedding. They have a wonderful showroom where you can see and touch everything you are renting. Danielle, the event specialists we worked with, was great and answered all of our questions when we went back a second time to add the tent and make a few changes to the order. She even double-checked the original order to make sure the original order was entered correctly. Less than three weeks before our wedding, we have to change our venue because of the non-stop rain we were having. As a result, our new venue provided many of the things we had to rent. We were able to easily make changes to our order without excessive cancellation fees (we had to make our changes 15 days prior to the event date). On the day of our wedding, everything was delivered on time and clean. Our event venue required us to remove everything after our wedding, which ended at 11 pm. According to my wedding planner, they arrived on time and quickly picked up everything without any issues. We highly recommend Big D Party rentals and will definitely use them the next time we need party rentals.

I originally gave this place a 1 star review for canceling a booked event 2 days before because they over booked. I still believe that no event should be booked without knowing 100% that you have all that you are promising. I also believe that whomever calls to cancel in the event of having to do so should have some remorse or apologize rather than saying \I'm not sure what happened. We've booked so many events in that last couple of days.\. However, I am upping the stars because an owner or manager called me later to apologize and tried his very best to make it right. It was too late by then. I fixed the problem. But I really appreciate him trying to go above and beyond to make it right. That's what good management is all about!

Great service! They accommodated me so last minute (very much after business hours) Wilmer was super responsive even after hours and put me in contact with someone to get my order processed. Y'all saved my event! Fair prices and really helpful staff.
