Go anywhere else. I have been there twice. I have absolutely nothing plesant to say. I am not sure I even saw a doctor. Just disappointing.

Great place, clean and well maintained. Nice and professional staff. No baby changing stations in the mens bathrooms....inconvenient.

Wow reading these reviews really shock me. I have come to this hospital for many years and have had nothing but good experiences. Recently, I had to bring in my husband because he was having stomach pain. I couldn’t come in to the ER with him due to the pandemic so he came in alone but he told me all the nurses treated him very well. He had to go in for surgery a little after they checked him. Once they gave him a room, I was able to stay in his room as one guest is allowed per patient. Not sure if this is for the whole hospital. When I say the nurses are amazing, I mean it. All were so kind, always coming in and were all so caring. We were there for 2 nights so I can’t recall all their names. The surgery only took about an hr and a half and even the surgery area were very professional and caring. Always asking if we needed anything. The hospital is very clean. My temperature was taken when I walked in to check in as a guest. Also room service did a good job at cleaning everyday while we were there. Again, everyone has a different experience but I can’t say I came across one bad one at all or the years prior. Would definitely recommend this hospital to my friends and my family.

The worst hospital, ever! My grandma was admitted and was there for almost 2 wks. She was released, but did not get any discharged paperwork - they only gave her prescription papers for her meds. While she was there, the nurses & doctors were telling us different things on what we need/should do & what they’re going to do. 2 days after being discharged (without paperwork), we have not heard back from anyone. Been trying to call & get a hold of someone who can help, but everyone seems clueless and one even told me her record is not in the system anymore after she left the hospital (BS!). We were also told that she would have someone come out and do an in home therapy, no one ever came, so we called back & was told it was never filed in the system. This place is a joke! So unorganized. Now we’re just sitting here questioning and scratching our heads on what we need/should do. Her diagnosed isn’t going to fix itself.

Worst hospital ever!! The best part is the nice ladies at triage everyone else needs to relearn how to take care of patients. I was billed 667 not including the 1200 hospital Bill. The doctor never saw me I saw a PA for all of 3 minutes they don't communicate with you. Don't explain your diagnosis , or administer proper medical attention !!!! I couldn't walk and refused crutches because I had some at home they dropped my discharge papers off without going over anything I had to ask all the questions and left me their with no way to walk out . I had to hobble out no assistance at all!!! I just want to share this lovely letter the patient advocate of the hospital sent me after voicing my concerns and asking them to adjust my bill to a fair amount considering the lack of care I recieved.( PS I love the response Baylor Carrollton have, no I'm sorry your hospital and the way you take care of patients sucks!! Please do us a favor and do a better job!!!
