Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. The consult was on time and friendly. Dr Phan was calming and answered all my questions. On the day of surgery, everyone was prepared and on time. They were all done and were giving me instructions when I asked about the bone graft. They had not communicated to the dentist so they had to open me back up. (I paid an additional 1500 for the service up front so they definitely knew). I also expected a check in phone call the next day but got nothing. I went in 6 days after surgery due to pain and the stitches coming undone and they accused me of taking them out when I just clipped the 2 inch string hanging out as the nurse on the phone told the to! Overall, the staff treated me like I was a \problem\. I'm a very good patient and have never had this kind of treatment. In summary, not a good experience and I won't be back for the implant.
