Do Not Waste Your Time! I scheduled an appointment after my delivery two weeks ago! My appointment was set for 1 pm. I arrived thirty minutes early and waited. At 1 o clock I went in, explained I had an appointment. They asked me general questions regarding my financial, and had me fill out a few forms. I was informed that they would need my height and weight and would reload my wic card. There were no other customers in the office, the women talked and talked. The woman who suppose to take my height and weight came out her office to discuss how someone hit one of her flamingos. After having a full conversation with her colleagues she went back in her office. I looked at my phone and realized I had been sitting there for an hour. The whole while the women had conversations among themselves and finished eating their lunch. I finally inquired about my appointment, and was advised it would take some more time. These individuals lack professionalism, empathy and customer service. I am still in disgust and wondering why they had me waiting for an hour, just to talk about unrelated issues.
