The worse experience ever! Company’s May start to lose business if they choose to keep DHL as a drivery option. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. Everyone I have called says they can’t help and they can’t get me to a supervisor.

Worst delivery service. Their drivers can't or won't read instructions. With a signature release and instructions to leave at the front door they can not accomplish this simple task. Now they are holding my package at the warehouse and I dont know if I will receive my daughter's gifts for Christmas

We were expecting a shipment by 10th August package of food items sent by Family members with a love and affection, but which was not delivered as of today. Every time we call to Customer care they say that they're talking to service center to get it delivered ASAP. Surprisingly I start receive message on shipment movement and suddenly from nowhere I get a message saying that 'Customer not available at home' which is totally false information. I haven't stepped out on the days they mentioned they tried to deliver. And I didn't have received any calls as well from delivery guy though they've my number. I requested customer care couple of times asking them to give me a call when the delivery guys are near my address but Which was not happened. One day I was at parking lot and the same time I have received message that they're retried and I am not available, but surprisingly I haven't seen anyone can near my home at least an hour around the time they put in notice. Don't trust this service center folks and DHL, don't ended up with multiple follow ups and calls and requests

Worst delivery company. I supposed to receive a package on December the 14, on the 21st I called, telling them that my package still hasn't being delivered so they told me that my package was at a location near my house, so I went trying to retrieve my package and when I got there they told me that the system showed them that the package was there but that they didn't have it. The lady told me she was going to call me at evening to let me know what was going on with my package but she never called me.

Javi was helpful and very courteous. Used their international service to send docs. The package was delivered 2 days earlier than estimated at destination.
