Complete garbage. Will not work with you at all. I never write reviews, but this place is so horrible I hope it burns to the ground

First red flag is the 4 hour window of when to \expect\ the technician to arrive at your residence. For me it was 2pm-6pm and upon confirmation 1pm-5pm expectation even after scheduling 2 days in advance. Day comes and instead of the technician calling to confirm your address they have customer service call you to tell you they couldn't find your residence so they moved onto their next job and have to reschedule for 3 days later. Price seems fair until they hit you with HIDDEN FEES nearly an extra nearly 30 a month on top of what the base service price you saw was and a ridiculous 85 activation fee. Never had this sort of gouging with spectrum or att. Learn from my mistakes and check internet service availability BEFORE moving and signing the lease/contract.
Absolutely the worst customer experience in my life. The Wifi goes on and off today. To be fair, it happens with any service. The kicker is that it's impossible to get in touch with them. I literally tried calling their customer service numbers. Never got to talk to a human, and got rudely disconnected by the machine because of technical issues, or so it said. I am merely stuck not able to get work done until Frontier figures out how to do their job. I will be looking for other providers come renewal time. What good is it to pay on time every month if getting a person on the phone is next to impossible.
Sales rep came to our door with a promotion for a 100 Visa and 1 year Amazon Prime for new customers. We were happy with Spectrum but figured why not give them a shot. The sales rep never bothered to sign us up for the promotion and frontier refuses to honor the valid promotion that was running at the time we signed up. Liars and cheats just to get you to sign up. Don't believe any promotion the tell you you're getting.
Enjoy the 128, just like thieves. We moved from Carrollton to another state. Frontier sent boxes for the equipment to our new address which we used to return the equipment. Frontier waits 4 months, then tells us they never received the equipment and unless we can produce a receipt, we owe them 128. Of course, I had thrown out that paperwork when our bill showed a zero balance online. If you choose to do business with this company, watch your back.
