They ruined Christmas. Gifts from Santa couldn't be given. They are scammers. Only shipped one hoverboard when I bought and paid for two directly off of their website, not some third party vendor. They talked in circles on messenger, then blocked me after telling them I wanted a refund. They went so far as to try and pass off my original tracking number for a second hoverboard being shipped. They have ignored my emails. The specs listed online are completely different than the specs given in the manual. Nothing about this company is legit.

One Word, HORRIBLE, all the reviews from 2 month the anybody can see here are true, terrible and abandon costumer service, products are broken out of the box, returns are imposible, no consideration for the time and money the you spend on their company, such of good reviews on YouTube on gotrax scooters and such horrible customer service, same has other reviews my scooter came out of the box broken on the back fender and I have weeks now trying to communicate to return or even exchange and no actual answer just using the pretext of the Covid 19, I understand the delay but the lack of communication it’s just not acceptable and the lack of consideration, the worst thing it’s the I still want the scooter it’s but not even there they want to help me

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my 67 years on this planet. Actually you're on your own after purchasing something from them. Spend a few dollars and buy from a real company.

I have been working on a warranty claim / exchange on a Hoverboard. Gotrax issued me an authorized Return number RMA #8198. on 9/5/2020. I shipped the broken board on 9/19/2020 and was received on 9/24/2020. I followed all of the instructions provided on shipping, labeling the box, including the RMA # along with paying for the overnight shipping back and forth. On 9/4/2020, I received an email stating the order was going to be cancelled in 72 hours if the product is not received. They have had the product for 10 plus days. I have tried to call, the phone number that is listed no one answers. They request that you send an email and some one will respond with in 1-3 business days. I have tried for over 10 days to reach them via email. Not a single response or acknowledgement of any kind. I would like them to either process the exchange or send me a refund of the product plus shipping cost.

EDIT: I'd LOVE to give these guys negative stars. I have since complained to the BBB and they are blatantly lying about their policies on a publicly visible document. This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with. I'll post the BBB link once this is finalized. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING: Do not buy anything from GoTrax. I have spent over 700 with this company and their customer service is terrible. They sent me a dangerous and defective accessory worth 9.99 and refuse to refund me. They have lost me as a client forever, I suggest going elsewhere.
