Hilliard Office Solutions is a top-notch company that provides rapid and reliable services. We were in somewhat of an emergency state last year and searching for a new printing machine capable of handling the volume of activity necessary to get us through trial. Johnathan King, a Hilliard consultant, offered us a quick solution without hesitation. We have used Hilliard’s services for a little over a year now and our firm is more than pleased with their services as they have gone far above any initial expectation.
We have been working with Hilliard for almost a full year now. Response times when calling in service are great. Our sales person has been very helpful and responsive. However the copier/scanner/printer we are leasing from them is not functioning as advertised. We have been trying to get a resolution on this issue since day one of the machine being installed. Our scans that go through this machine come out skewed. At first we thought it was an issue with the document feeder, but after replacing it and working on it that does not seem to be the issue. It seems to be with the scanner. Still trying to get this issue fixed and losing hope in the company to make this right.
We have had service for under a year. Josh and Erica came out several times to make sure we knew the product we were receiving. Josh our sales contact has always answered questions when we had them and if we had an issues they were out quickly to repair.
