I'm only giving 1 star for the customer services reps who I spoke to that were kind. My husband and I just bought our house and we were really looking forward to our carpets being cleaned and stretched this morning. The technician was supposed to arrive between 8a-10 am. I called at 10:09 and was given a 15 minute ETA for technician to arrive. I called at 10:56 and it was escalated to dispatch... still no technician. Dispatch did call and advised of a 30-45 minute, \tops\ ETA, as the technician was coming from Alrington. I called at 12:24 and it was escalated to dispatch again. I never received a call from dispatch and still no technician. I called again at 1:24 and requested to speak with a manager. It was escalated to the dispatch supervisor and a manager. I never received a call from dispatch or a manager after that call. I called again at 2:14 and asked to speak with a manager and was advised that wasn't an option and that I could email. I was advised that it was escalated to a manager again and I was also notified that my account indicated the appointment needed to be eset.\ The gentleman stated that meant the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was not 1 time advised of this the entire day. I waited from 8 am until 2:15 pm when I couldn't wait any longer and no one notified me of the appointment needing to be reset. I was also told the customer service rep was emailing the manager. At 4:14 I emailed the manager asking how the situation would be rectified and no response. It is now 9:02 pm and I have yet to speak with a manager in an attempt to resolve this incident. We're very disappointed as this had been a company recommended to us.

I have used Kiwi for many many years and have always been thrilled with the way may carpets look. Always kind and respectful of my time. Will continue to use them. Love the discount after the initial cleaning for the rest of the year.

Took over five weeks to get four rugs back from cleaning. Reached out to them multiple times regarding the status of my rugs and was never given a clean answer or a return call with any information. Finally after we requested that we get our rugs back whether they were cleaned or not we were told they were in the drying process. Why did my rugs need to sit untouched for weeks at their facility?? Why were our calls never returned? Almost felt like they were holding our rugs hostage. Worst customer experience.

I’m so disappointed. Out of 200 dollars and the man was not able to remove the stains from my couch. In fact, it looks worse than before!!! The machine didn’t look like it was extracting the stain at all. The guy was very nice and friendly but my couch looks worse than before.
