I am not usually the type of person who writes bad reviews, but today I decided to write this review because I really feel like everyone deserves a good treatment. I scheduled an appointment with the sales representative, Tiffany Bell. I wanted to see if she could helped figure out what type of Tent I needed for my sister’s wedding. She asked me about a budget, and I honestly just said 1000 to start, and she immediately said “oh no we don’t have anything, sorry bye” and she hanged up. Little did she knew I was able to increase my budget to 8000. I was really disappointed with her customer service. She needs to treat people with respect. Please Marquee Rental. Do not hire people like her. She will definitely destroy your reputation.

Marquee could not have done a better job! Rented a clear 30’X45’ tent with flooring, tables, chairs, and linens for our daughter’s wedding on Cedar Creek Lake and it was absolutely perfect! Daniel is an over-the-top professional and Valerie made certain that we didn’t miss a beat! They were the foundation to an awesome wedding! Thank you SO much!
