We own a pre-owned ATV dealership in Pennsylvania. Called multiple Ohio state offices to try and get info for a customer trying to purchase a machine out of state. This was the first place to offer helpful information and get us headed in the right direction to assist our customer. Not only was the information beneficial but the woman we spoke with (very sorry we didn't catch your name) was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks so much!

Easy in and easy out
It used to be a trip to this BMV was a dreadful experience. No longer! They've replaced the grouchy old antiques that loved to make things difficult with a young and more efficient staff. Friendly, professional,and courteous. Great job!

I like going there because you walk in and they are waiting on you. You don’t have to stand in a long line and wait. Happy camper.
