Came to fix a problem with my alarm panel. Because I didn’t sign up for monitoring service he took back the parts he had installed to fix my panel problem and also took a battery that was mine and didn’t return it.

As a google explorer level 6 I will say Stay away from this company!!! They had a deal with our community where the community was paying the monitoring fees, long story short, the deal stopped. We're are now being held hostages to 5 year contracts where the owner is reviewing these contracts on a case by case basis. I've been waiting to get a clear reply from them for over a month and the owner hasn't reached out. I doubt negative reviews matter to them but if I was the owner I would give customers the option to stay or leave instead of treating them with no respect and holding them hostages... maybe then customers would see that they actually care and some would keep their services...

Love this company so much. The office manager Ms.Amber always handles any difficulties her customers have and she is always so sweet and caring. The workers are very friendly and get the job done in a appropriate time frame and never leave the job site a mess. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking , very affordable and great services.

AVOID! They dupe their customers with hidden long term contracts and their representatives will lie to your face when they install. They service is horrible and so is they way they do business

This seems like a gym membership I once had. There is no communication available to customer service. I have left voicemails and sent multiple emails and customer service is unresponsive.
